On Tuesday, I Ate…
Oh yes, it’s What I Ate Wednesday time! Today, I’ll feature my eats on Tuesday, a day when I ate 5-6 mini meals…
Breakfast #1 6am: Spinach-banana smoothie and coffee

Breakfast #2 8am: rice cracker and smoked salmon

Lunch, 12noon: chicken and brown rice, plus a cup of tea

Surprise! 6:30pm…got home and opened the fridge- my best-fiancé-ever left a dozen multi-colored roses in there (right next to the almond milk and flax, of course) as a surprise! They’re beautiful!
Dinner #1, 6:30pm: leftover broccoli while heating up TJ’s chicken shu mei for book club.
Dinner #2, book club! Apps and girl talk:
Hmm, must eat more veggies tomorrow.
Bedtime!
-How many times did you eat yesterday?
- What do you usually bring as an app to a party (when you know they’ll already have cheese and crackers, hummus, etc?) I need ideas!
- What’s your favorite color roses? Favorite flower?

I ate three times yesterday.
I know what you mean about coming up with different appetisers. I sometimes do something sweet for a change, like peppermint creams. Or, for a healthy alternative you could chop up carrot sticks etc.

For apps, my go to was historically been spinach balls (you can google or the recipe is on my blog).
