It’s WIAW time! Thanks to Jen, of course.
Okay on to this week’s eats. Truth be told, I’ve felt a bit off this week- mentally and physically- so my appetite has been sort of off too. Weird. For the first time in a while, I didn’t wake up excited and ready for breakfast. It took me 2 hours until I acutally wanted something. My dinner the night before was heavy on the protein, so maybe that was it.
But finally, when my stomach grumbled at 8am- Voila- a smoothie. Amazing combo- mango, pineapple, half a banana, and spinach. Yum.
Lunch was my favorite Chicken Collard Wrap. This worked out well because I was planning to bring a salad, but all the tupperwares were dirty and the collard wraps fit into a ziplock, so problem solved. Wrapped like a buritto, just hadn’t done that yet in the pic btw. This is a terrific combo. Try it sometime.
Around 3, I bought a Kombucha and banana at the grocery store near my office. I’ve been on a total kombucha kick lately.
I got home around 5 and was starving! but I had dinner plans at 8. I meant to just have a snack, but I ended up eating leftover rice…..then leftover salmon….and some baby carrots. Whoops! I was so full afterwards.
I didn’t photograph it, but by the time dinner rolled around, I obviously wasn’t hungry so I just had a little bite from everyone else and a glass of white wine…..and forgot to photograph it all too. Oops. Happens.
And that was Tuesday.
