It’s True….
It’s true that I insist on sleeping with the windows open,
If Seinfeld’s on tv, I’ll usually watch it….even if I’ve seen the episode 12 times,
I spoil my dog,
I eat ice cream straight from the container,
I drink too much water– don’t think that’s possible? It is…my doctors make me stop (habit, I guess?),
I usually prefer to eat at home than at a restaurant,
I’m in two book clubs, yet we rarely read. We just drink wine and talk,
It’s true that I talk to my parents once a day,
I wear flip flops every single day,
I can’t handle flakey people or too much traffic,
I hate snakes,
I count the days down till summer,
I fall asleep in movie theaters,
I struggle to stay positive sometimes and can be really hard on myself,
My car has a dent that I refuse to fix….city living, what can I tell ya,
I have no willpower when it comes to cookie dough,
And it’s true that I believe we are supposed to make a difference in the world….even if I’m still figuring out what my difference will be!

September 25, 2012 at 7:05 am (240 days ago)I am amazed of how many of your truths are true for me too! For example, I watch Seinfeld episodes more than any of the new television shows, I talk to my rents AT LEAST once a day, I’ve had the same scratch on my back bumper for at least 5 years and see no reason to ever fix it, and I will choose to cook or order take out over eating at a restaurant 99.9% of the time.

September 25, 2012 at 11:48 am (240 days ago)It’s true that I’ve had a scratch on my bumper for four years that I never intend to fix, and a few weeks ago some kids were messing around with white paint in my street and I got splashes on my car… I will clean it off soon! It’s true that my car and desk at work are cluttered messes but my house is pristine. It’s true that my Mum is always the first person I call for advice, to tell my news, or just to have a moan. It’s true that I’m a perfectionist and need to chill out!

September 25, 2012 at 12:54 pm (240 days ago)It’s true that I don’t usually listen to my body and push things too far. Whenever I feel a cold coming on (right now), I still push myself at work and running. I gotta change that!!!!
