Hey there! I checked off most of my to-do list yesterday and so Wednesday already feels more relaxing than Monday and Tuesday did….ahhh! I missed WIAW last week, so am happy to be back on board this week.

This WIAW morning, I woke up to my old favorite. A smoothie.
Then, I ran in a 5k. And ate an UberBar sample when I finished (they were handing them out at the finish line). Umm, YUM! I didn’t think I’d like these as much as I did.
Lunch was at the Whole Foods bar. I picked up some food during my grocery shop. Quinoa salad with some roasted chicken on top, green grapes, and a sparkling water.
After hours in Target and the Container store, I needed ice cream…well fro yo…Jared got ice cream but I was craving fro yo and luckily they were next door to each other.
Dinner was a sweet potato and a rosemary lamb kabob (from whole foods). It was way too much meat so I ate about a third. The potato tasted so good!
And lastly, I wasn’t really hungry, but ate some cinnamon sugar popcorn for dessert. Someone brought this to our BBQ last week and it’s so good!
And since this month is about fitness, my exercise for the day was a 5k and running around doing errands! Errands count, right
